Leading Industry Warranties

All J-Go Tech products are backed by some of the strongest warranties in the market today. If you have a product that requires repair or replacement under warranty, simply return the product to the original place of purchase for repair or replacement, depending on the warranty coverage outlined below. J-Go Tech reserves the right to substitute the product for a functionally equivalent model or issue a store credit to the customer for warranty claims on products that are no longer available for sale by J-Go Tech.

Warranty requests are considered for defects in product manufacturing. This warranty is granted to the original purchaser with a proof of purchase from J-Go Tech or an authorized dealer.

J-Go Tech does not warranty products against normal wear and tear, unauthorized modifications or alterations, improper use, improper maintenance, misuse or neglect, or if the product is used for a purpose for which it is not intended. Warrantied products will be replaced or repaired at J-Go Tech’s discretion. J-Go Tech is not liable for any direct, indirect or consequential damages arising out of or resulting from the use of a J-Go Tech product.

Processing of warranty claims can take between 24-48 hours depending on the time of year.

Proof of purchase is required at the time of your warranty claim. Warranties are non-transferable.
