2020 Holiday Return & Exchange Policy

The deadline to return an item will be extended to January 31, 2021 or 35 calendar days after purchase, whichever is later, for all orders placed from October 15, 2020 through December 31, 2020.  


RETURNS (INCLUDING GIFTS), EXCHANGES AND REFUNDS
To initiate a return or exchange, please email support@jgotech.com for further instructions. Upon confirmation, all returns must be shipped by January 31, 2021, unless explicit written confirmation is provided by an authorized J-Go Tech representative.

For item(s) returned to us that are unopened, undamaged, unused and include all original contents, a refund of the full purchase amount, less any shipping charges, will be refunded to your original form of payment. For returns that do not meet this criteria, a restocking fee may be assessed. Alternatively, customers may request a gift card.

Gift recipients may return eligible gift items for in-store merchandise credit (gift card) or exchange. Otherwise, the return will be refunded to the original form of payment.
Gift cards cannot be redeemed for cash or other currency unless required by law.

For returns or exchanges due to defect(s), a pre-paid mailing label will be provided after receiving the necessary information and the defect(s) will be assessed within 3-5 business days after receiving the return. Defect(s) that can not be confirmed may incur a restocking fee.

J-Go Tech reserves the right and sole discretion to select the shipping carrier, require products to be returned prior to replacement and assess a restocking fee for returns that do not meet the criteria mentioned throughout this section.

PRICE ADJUSTMENTS
Discounts, deals and sales are for a limited-time only. Price adjustments on previous purchases are not allowed, unless explicit written confirmation has been provided by an authorized J-Go Tech representative.

REFUND PROCESSING
Refunds are generally processed within 3–5 business days after we receive your item and find it eligible for a return.
Returns will be refunded to the original form of payment or gift card.
Note: It may take a few days until your bank posts the refund to your account.

Order Processing Time

Orders are fulfilled Monday through Friday during normal business hours (9AM to 4PM EST). Most domestic orders will ship the same day when placed by 4PM EST (Eastern Standard Time) on a regular business day.

Orders placed after 4PM EST on Fridays or days preceding observed holidays will not be shipped until the next business day (after the weekend or holiday).

Please note that orders placed using Overnight Shipping (Domestic) or Economy Shipping (International) must be placed by 1PM EST for same-day processing with this shipping method.

Shipping during peak time may be delayed, and Seeking Health is not responsible for shipping/delivery due to adverse weather conditions or other unforeseen circumstances.

For your protection and ours, it's important to be sure that credit cards are being used by their rightful owners. As a first time customer, it's possible that we may need additional information to verify that you are the account holder. Our customer service team will request additional information if needed. Estimated shipping timelines begin once the order has shipped, and do not include delays in fulfilment due to weekends or holidays.
For example, it will take up to two business days after an item ships to reach you with 2 Day Shipping.

Exchanges & Returns

If you need to exchange an incorrect product, please contact us. Our team will gladly send you the replacement product after we have evaluated and processed your returned product (in original packaging). Please insure all components are returned within original packaging.

J-Go Tech™ will provide a pre-paid return shipping label for orders all returns due to defect, as well as returns for any reason on orders over $150 that were shipped to and will be shipped from the United States of America.

Otherwise, ​the customer will be responsible for paying for their own shipping costs for returning the item(s). J-Go Tech cannot guarantee any shipment sent without a tracking number, including shipments sent via US Postal Service to an overseas or International destination. We do strongly suggest UPS as your shipping method. They have a 24-48 hour insurance policy against lost or damaged packages and we can reassure either a refund or replacement. 

J-Go Tech™ may require video or photo documentation to be submitted prior to the return due to safety precautions.

If you refuse any shipments from J-Go Tech™, you will be held responsible for the original shipping charges, plus the cost of returning the package to us. This amount will be deducted from any credit issued.

Refunds


Once we receive your item(s), your refund will be processed within 48 business hours. For returns due to defect, the defect indicated by the customer will be tested and verified. If the defect can not be confirmed, J-Go Tech™ reserves the right to deduct a restocking fee of up to 20% from the refunded amount.

Any additional costs paid by the customer for shipping are non-refundable.​

Upon approval, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).

You will receive the credit within a few days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

International Customs & Restrictions


We successfully ship international orders on time and without problem to many happy customers throughout the world.

Please familiarize yourself with your country’s policies prior to ordering. You can do that by contacting your country’s customs office and asking questions on their policies in respect to the products you would like to order. This will allow you to avoid delivery delays, high import duties, and even order returns. We appreciate your diligence in this aspect of international ordering as it creates an easier ordering and shipping experience for you.

Also, it is important to know of any personal purchase limits in place in your country. If your order exceeds the set limit, you will have to arrange for a broker to clear your order through customs at extra cost.

International Taxes, Duties & Unclaimed Packages


Responsibility for all detained, impounded, delayed or returned to sender packages lies with the customer. Any import taxes/duties and brokerage fees are the customers responsibility separate from any order and shipping fees you pay to J-Go Tech. It is the full responsibility of the customer to be aware of your country’s policies on the product ordered and prepared to handle through the import process.

Any orders returned or refused due to banned or restricted products, wrong address, refusal to pay custom fees, duties or taxes, or refusal to accept the order for any reason will be refunded the amount of the order less all shipping, duty, and tax fees. No refunds will be processed before we receive the returned package in our warehouse. If the package is seized by customs or the cost to return the product to our warehouse is higher than the cost of the refund due, Seeking Health will instruct the carrier to abandon the package and no refund will be applied.

Lost or Stolen Packages


J-Go TechTM is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

A lost package is one that was misdirected, misplaced or lost by the carrier, and is not delivered to the shipping address.

A stolen package is one that was delivered to the shipping address by the carrier, but is not physically received by the addressee.

Monitoring your order’s tracking and delivery status can help you ensure that your package is successfully received upon delivery.

If you are experiencing a non-delivery or your tracking information states that your package was delivered by the carrier but you have not received it; you must contact us within 10 days to file a claim.

We can assist you in working with the carrier to complete the claims process. Please note: Claims can take up to 30 days to complete (depending on the shipping carrier used).

J-Go TechTM does not hold or accept responsibility for packages that have been reported as delivered by the carrier. We do not issue refunds or credits for packages that the carrier confirms as being delivered.
