Domestic Shipping and Delivery
(US Orders)

J-Go Tech™ offers free standard shipping on all orders that will be delivered to customers located within the United States of America and its territories. Customers may choose from expedited shipping and express shipping options at checkout. Please allow up to 7 business days for delivery.

In order to remain in compliance with ICAO, FAA, DOT and other applicable regulatory agencies, all orders containing lithium-ion batteries (power banks, battery packs, etc.) will be shipped via UPS Ground. 

Please note, all orders received after 2:00pm EST will ship the following business day.  

International Shipping and Delivery
(non-US Orders)

For international orders, J-Go Tech™ offers a free standard shipping (via United States Postal Service First Class International Package Service) on all orders. Customers may choose alternative shipping options at the price(s) displayed during the checkout process.

Although we do not anticipate a lengthy delivery process, please allow up to 3 weeks for delivery.

Customers will be responsible for any applicable duties, taxes and/or other fees required by their national/federal authorities to import the goods into their country.

In order to remain in compliance with ICAO, FAA, DOT and other applicable regulatory agencies, all orders containing lithium-ion batteries (power banks, battery packs, etc.) will be shipped via FedEx International Economy. The hazardous materials special handling charge for lithium-ion batteries is included in the shipping option labeled "Power Bank Shipping".
All orders containing lithium-ion batteries MUST select this option.

Returns (Non-Warranty Related)

To initiate a return, please email us at contact@jgotech.com and indicate the reason for the return. To be eligible for a return, you must contact us within 30 calendar days from the date of delivery. Your item(s) must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. The item(s) must also be in the original packaging with all of the included items (cables, owner’s manual, etc.)

If your item(s) arrives damaged, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery. To ensure we have the necessary information, please be sure to include photo documentation of the package and item(s). 

Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase. 

Refunds

​Once we receive your item(s), you will be notified that we have received your item(s) and have begun inspection. We will immediately notify you when a final determination for your refund has been made. Returns within 30 days of receiving the product will be automatically granted if the conditions set above have been met. 

Upon approval, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). 

You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies. 

Return Shipping

J-Go Tech™ will provide a pre-paid return shipping label for orders over $75 that were shipped to and will be shipped from the United States of America. Otherwise, ​the customer will be responsible for paying for their own shipping costs for returning the item(s). Shipping costs are non-refundable.

J-Go Tech™ reserves the right and sole-discretion to approve or deny returns that do not meet these policies. For these instances, J-Go Tech™ reserves the right and sole-discretion to issue store credit to the customer.
