J-Go Tech™ offers free standard shipping on all orders that will be delivered to customers located within the United States of America and its territories. Customers may choose from expedited shipping and express shipping options at checkout. Please allow up to 7 business days for delivery.

Please note, all orders received after 1:00pm EST may not ship until the following business day. 

For international orders, J-Go Tech™ offers a free standard shipping (via United States Postal Service First Class International Package Service) on all orders that do not contain lithium-ion batteries. Customers may choose alternative shipping options at the price(s) displayed during the checkout process.

Although we do not anticipate a lengthy delivery process, please allow up to 3 weeks for delivery.

Customers will be responsible for any applicable duties, taxes and/or other fees required by their national/federal authorities to import the goods into their country.

To initiate a return, please email us at support@jgotech.com and indicate the reason for the return. To be eligible for a return, you must contact us within 30 calendar days from the date of delivery. Your item(s) must be returned in the same condition that you received it with all of the included items (cables, owner’s manual, etc.)

If your item(s) arrives damaged, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery. To ensure we have the necessary information, please be sure to include photo documentation of the package and item(s).

Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase. 

Unless different warranty terms are indicated in the product’s information section, all J-Go Tech products have a 1-year warranty against defects.​

J-Go Tech warrants that all products sold directly to the customer, whether in a physical location or via www.jgotech.com, will be free of any defect in materials or workmanship for a period of (1) calendar year from the date of purchase.

Warranties only cover defects arising under normal use and do not include malfunctions or failures resulting from misuse, abuse, neglect, alteration, problems with electrical power, usage not in accordance with product instructions, acts of nature, or improper installation or repairs made by any independent or third-party service provider.

To return a product under warranty, please submit a warranty claim

​Once we receive your item(s), your refund will be processed within 48 business hours. For returns due to defect, the defect indicated by the customer will be tested and verified. If the defect can not be confirmed, J-Go Tech™ reserves the right to deduct a restocking fee of up to 20% from the refunded amount.

Any additional costs paid by the customer for shipping are non-refundable.​

Upon approval, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).

You will receive the credit within a few days, depending on your card issuer's policies. 

J-Go Tech™ will provide a pre-paid return shipping label for orders all returns due to defect, as well as returns for any reason on orders over $150 that were shipped to and will be shipped from the United States of America.

Otherwise, ​the customer will be responsible for paying for their own shipping costs for returning the item(s). J-Go Tech™ may require video or photo documentation to be submitted prior to the return due to safety precautions. Shipping costs are non-refundable.


J-Go Tech™ reserves the right and sole-discretion to approve or deny returns that do not meet these policies. For these instances, J-Go Tech™ reserves the right and sole-discretion to issue store credit to the customer.
